who is this guy???

I don’t normally post things about myself, but I’m really excited because I was recently nominated at Bludomain for “Blu Guy of the Year”! It’s crazy! Bludomain is the awesome group of people who produce websites for us and many other photographers out there. It’s a long shot I know, because there are some really talented people in this catagory that I really look up to. Nate Kaiser is probably one of my all time favorite wedding photographers, a truly unique artist in my opinion, and Joshua Smith is one of the most talented videographers I’ve ever seen, seriously you have to check them both out! It’s unreal being up their with all those guys, and I’m enjoying just being nominated. Check out the whole story here and VOTE!

MOLAA, Museum of Latin American Art Wedding | Diana + Ray :: 07.12.08

Diana and Ray were married in Long Beach at St. Anthony’s Church in Long Beach. This was one of the most beautiful Catholic churches I’ve ever been in. The reception followed right down the street at the Museum of Latin American Art. The museum was amazing with different colored walls outside and beautiful art inside. Their reception took place outside in the sculpture garden and it was the perfect place to have a reception, by far my favorite setting ever! If you haven’t chosen your reception location yet I highly recommend MOLAA.

Diana and Ray booked us last year and ever since I could not wait until their wedding! It was such a perfect day that came together so well with the help of Vanessa from Cachet Wedding Designs. I’m always so blown away by the love I see in our couples eyes on their wedding day. Diana and Ray had that loving sparkle all day long and had smiles on their faces ear to ear. I couldn’t be more happier for these two and I wish them all the best in starting their lives together. I hope you two have a wonderful time in Greece!

University of Redlands Wedding | Amy + Steve :: 07.05.08

Amy and Steve were married at the Alumni House at the University of Redlands where Amy went to college. It was such a gorgeous day and a beautiful setting, everything came together just perfect. Amy and Steve chose to see each other before the ceremony, which we always recommend to our couple because it gives you so much more time together on your wedding day and time to really get the pictures that you want together. We had a great time exploring the campus and getting some great shots before the ceremony.

Steve and Amy couldn’t keep their eyes off each other the whole day and evening. Even at their engagement session I noticed how they look at each other with so much love in their eyes and on this day it showed even more. They are such a perfect couple and we are so glad to have met them and to have been chosen to be a part of their special day. We hope you two are enjoying Jamaica!!
