Happy Anniversary!

Hi blog readers, this is Erin. I highjacked the blog for the night to let you all know that today is our two year anniversary and also to give some love to my wonderful husband.

Louis, I just want to let you know that I consider myself the luckiest woman in the world to be your wife. You are the most amazing husband and father in the world. I still have to pinch myself sometimes to realize that our lives are real and that we are happily married with three boys, you have given me all my dreams and more. Happy Anniversary Baby! I can’t wait to see what the years to come will bring us. I love you!

P.s. go check out some of our wedding pictures from two years ago here.

who is this guy???

I don’t normally post things about myself, but I’m really excited because I was recently nominated at Bludomain for “Blu Guy of the Year”! It’s crazy! Bludomain is the awesome group of people who produce websites for us and many other photographers out there. It’s a long shot I know, because there are some really talented people in this catagory that I really look up to. Nate Kaiser is probably one of my all time favorite wedding photographers, a truly unique artist in my opinion, and Joshua Smith is one of the most talented videographers I’ve ever seen, seriously you have to check them both out! It’s unreal being up their with all those guys, and I’m enjoying just being nominated. Check out the whole story here and VOTE!

01.19.08 :: time for a change

I’m pretty excited about my new website we plan on launching in the next couple of weeks. Here is a sneak peek at the splash page and the main page, (blurred because it’s not ready yet!) If you have been here awhile you’ve noticed I faded out the orange accents we had here on the blog already but they are still on the main site. Our clients that have recently met with us, have already had their hands on the new biz cards and marketing materials with the new black and white themes.

I know it’s nothing new, you see black and white just about everywhere, but it’s still classic, timeless, sleek, and just plain cool. Who doesn’t like a black shinny car? My friends and family know that I’m a “Nixon” watch freak, I have collected about 6 or so over the years. I’ve had my eye on this one for awhile, and I was lucky enough to have Santa bring it to me this past Christmas. I know it sounds funny, but this watch pretty much inspired me to make these changes for the site and logo. Who knows, maybe next year I’ll get a new watch again, and we’ll see where we go! Or maybe I’ll get some crazy looking socks…
